This home was perfect for our annual girls weekend away. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. It’s a short walk to downtown and the shops. The owner/host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and was quick to respond to questions we had. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms had plenty of toiletries. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, deck and sitting on the front porch (although it is on a busy street and a little noisy). We loved the property and would highly recommend this home. However, Evolve, the property management company for this listing, was not as responsive to inquiries regarding the booking.

We loved our stay at 168 Ridge! The house was beautiful and even more amazing when see the before pictures. The amenities were great and it was very close to Lake George and the surrounding attractions. I would highly recommend this for anyone coming to the area!

This is an excellent property. The cleanest property we have ever stayed. Hands down. My wife was ecstatic.This is well appointed property. The decorating is fantastic and fun to enjoy every room. It was relaxing to stay here and look forward to coming back after a long day of racing at West. You will feel like this is your house in Glens Falls. Great location.Our race dates were changed after the resi was booked and our host was super easy to work with.Highly recommend. You will enjoy it.

Overall we enjoyed the property. However the towels in each bathroom were dirty -- they had never been changed from the previous group. Kind of gross. When I raised this issue with the property manager I was told that unless I had pictures of the towels they couldn't verify the issue. Who makes up comments about dirty towels (and who thinks to take pictures of dirty towels)? They said that I had 24 hours to produce the photos. All I wanted to do was to let them know about an issue for the future and thought their response was pretty negative.
Also, one other thing is that since this property is managed by a company other than VRBO, VRBO could not help me with questions prior to our arrival and the management company did not communicate with me until after my final payment was made.
Both of these issues reflect poor customer service by the management company.
