About this house rental

Relax at this upscale two bedroom "Condo Style" apartment in Collingwood with huge windows. Home was newly built in 2021, and located on an upscale street. Close to all amenities, including historic Downtown, famous Blue Mountain Ski Resort, numerous Golf Courses, Hiking, and of course the beautiful Georgian Bay. Sleeps six comfortably, with one Queen bed, one Double bed, and one Sofa bed. Cozy up to the fireplace after a day of skiing and relax in this spacious condo style basement apartment.

We were in Collingwood for a family reunion. We have stayed in this town many times over the years. This basement apartment is beautiful. It is well equipped.. everything is in working order. The beds & linens are very comfortable. The entry is contactless.. parking is right there in front of the unit. Tom & Lori are easy to contact. Toiletries are available in the shower. Cleaning supplies are available, even though unnecessary as the place is spotless. I definitely would stay there again. Thanks Tom & Lori

Perfect location for our weekend hiking the Bruce Trail and at the Scandave spa. Absolutely loved this new apartment - well stocked, clean and bright, beautiful fireplace and comfy beds. Close to grocery stores. Instructions from host were clear for arrival and departure.
