About this house rental
This Architecturally designed eco-friendly home includes a spacious open plan living zone with a log fire and easy access to outdoor entertaining. Handcrafted timber complements the polished concrete floors. The well-equipped kitchen has been configured for effortless entertaining with a central island breakfast bar, and induction cooking. There are three spacious bedrooms, 2 queen beds and a single bunk. Also features a master ensuite, laundry with washer and dryer, home office or second living area and double garage.
The carefully considered layout creates a sheltered central courtyard and maximises the ability to capture sunlight in winter and benefit from cooling cross breeze ventilation in summer. There are also ceiling fans and hydronic flooring powered by a 6.9kw solar array and Tesla battery.
Summer evenings can be enjoyed in the private rear garden with a native landscape, vegetable garden and BBQ, Use the outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach which is only 5 minute walk away.
Your furry friends are welcome, we just ask they are kept off the furniture.

Anne's house is fantastic. It's internal courtyard and clever architecture make it a warm and welcoming place to be.
Things we loved; it's dog friendly, equipped with everything gadget wise (blender, coffee plunger, bbq etc) it's quiet and the garden is beautiful.
Things we didn't love; paying top dollar for 3 nights accommodation and then getting an email to say we had to supply our own linen afterwards. I packed sheets, bath towels and beach towels for 6 which nearly entirely filled the car boot. And when we arrived not even a bath mat, or single tea towel was provided. And now I have a tonne of laundry to do on return.
Another thing to note is the kitchen has no starter ingredients like olive oil basics etc. BYO everything you need to cook with.
The location is also in the new development at the back of town which feels more suburban than the other streets, but once you are inside you completely forget where you are and relax into the space.

a divine fortnight in this light-filled retreat. plenty of space and comfy layout, with pops of garden colour at every aspect, pretty birds and magic twilight walks. polished concrete floors as reflective as still water, smart layout and eco friendly design. This place held us. And so close to everything: rockpools, beach, golf for those so inclined, shops, the coast. thanks for having us, i hope we can come again.
