Beautiful apartment in a gated community (Military Area), fully furnished in a family-friendly atmosphere, 200 meters from the beach (you can hear the sound of the waves), with a farmers’ market on Saturdays, an Extra supermarket, a 24-hour bank, a gas station, and a pharmacy all nearby.
Private barbecue area for you to grill meat with your family and friends, and a spacious
garage for your car!!!
Two-story house with 50 m², open-concept living room/kitchen, laundry room, barbecue area, and bathroom on the lower level; bedroom with en suite bathroom and balcony on the upper level; and one covered parking space.
It has all the kitchenware you need for the weekend (plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, baking pans, blender, microwave, and water filter). The living room and bedroom have ceiling fans. *Mattresses and pillows covered with waterproof covers*
