Welcome to Lakehouse 1, a brand-new architecturally designed four-bedroom villa created to showcase Lake Wakatipu and Remarkables views while giving families or groups generous space to relax in style.
Master Retreat
The top level is dedicated to the master suite with walk-in wardrobe, private ensuite and wall-mounted TV — a quiet haven with breathtaking views.
Open-Plan Living
One level down, the main living area features a sleek gourmet kitchen, dining and lounge framed by floor-to-ceiling sliders that open fully to the panoramic lake and mountain backdrop. Step onto the private balcony with modern outdoor seating for morning coffee or evening Central Otago wine. Inside, a curved sofa invites you to unwind by the Escea gas fireplace and large TV.

The lower level offers three spacious bedrooms with king beds (two can convert to singles). Two stylish bathrooms — one ensuite, one shared — include double vanities and underfloor heating for a touch of luxury. Every room has generous wardrobe space, ideal for both short and extended stays.

We loved everything about this house. Perfect location, walkable to the cute downtown area by the water. Amazing view being right on the lake. Very cute and cozy living room and kitchen well stocked. Loved having a washer and dryer. Plenty of room for everyone.

Terrific place to stay in Queenstown with beautiful views of the lake. Everything was extremely comfortable with plenty of amenities. Outside deck and fireplace was a great plus to have. Hosts are very responsive. Nice to have A/C, since Queenstown can get quite warm in the summer. Would definitely stay again
