Amazing views of the city and the Alps, nice quiet apartment, good location for bus access.
The apartment NEEDS a severe cleaning!!! Dust bunnies, mold, cobwebs oh my! I took out a coffee cup our first morning and it still had someone's old coffee stains.
The owner has a very nice CD and Vinyl collection but the CD player doesn't work and there is no turntable.
There is a vacuum in the laundry room but it doesn't work, the battery needs replacing.
The pots and pans are possibly from the '70's with nasty Teflon coating that are all scratched up and peeling.
Every faucet in the apartment is loose, leaking, or difficult to turn one direction or the other. A plumber is seriously needed to get this place straitened out. The above counter sink in the bathroom is not fixed so it just kinda floats around.
The management only provided 1 set of keys and when I requested a second set I was told to come get them but not told where or when.

Me gustó la zona, muy tranquila y muy cerca de todo. El panorama era espectacular! La casa era grande y para vivir había mucho espacio. Silencioso y bastante fresquito.
El agua venía fría y caliente. No había nada de dispensa (como azúcar, o sobres de aceite....nada de nada) y nada para limpiar un poco. Las flores en el balcón estaban totalmente secas y muertas. Tendría que hacer algo para la humedad, estaba muy manchado y el olor era muy fuerte.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Haus an einer Privatstrasse. Gross, praktisch eingerichtet, ruhig und mit einer traumhaften Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in fünf Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und in zwanzig Minuten ist man damit mitten in der Stadt.
Für das eigene Auto hat es sichere Abstellplätze gleich beim Eingang oder wenn das Auto in die recht enge Garage passt, ist sogar eine eigene Garagenbox vorhanden.
Der einzige erwähnenswerte Nachteil ist typisch Italienisch. Zentralheizungen werden ab Anfang April abgestellt, egal wie warm es ist. Damit war es in der Wohnung so zwischen 19° und 20°C. Nicht wirklich kalt, aber etwas an der Grenze. Nichts was der Vermieter ändern könnte, aber gut zu wissen, damit man vielleicht einen Pullover und eine Vliesdecke mitnimmt.

La posizione è strategica per visitare la città l’appartamento è spazioso, accogliente e arredato con gusto
La pulizia e la manutenzione dell’appartamento lasciano molto a desiderare: sono presenti ragnatele e polvere, molte prese, il ventilatore e alcune lampadine non funzionano. Lamento anche l’assenza di almeno una bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo e la presenza di un’unica micro spugnetta, già usata. Confermo la presenza, non segnalata, di due rampe di scale molto faticose per le persone anziane.
