Awkward experience

The location was great, the apartament was spacious.

The smell of mould was afoul and without ac in the summer is too hot. I did not liked to receive mean message from the propety.

-one of the single beds is broken -miniscule soap in bathroom -too few coffee pods -no personal contact with any human, inflexible check-in time-waited 3 hours outside

Horrible experience

Beautiful view of Torino

No heat or hot water. The apartment was dirty, had a burnt out lightbulb and had moths. There was an inappropriate poster for children. There were no supplied bags/ containers for recycle. the apartment was full of personal items everywhere (dirty toothbrush charger, personal hygiene product in shelf above the bed, etc).

Private indoor parking for one car was available, and multiple parking spots were available outside the building free of charge (first come, first serve). Apartment was spacious. front yard entrance has about 30 stairs, and a lift is working from building entrance to second floor.

There is no Air conditioner in this property, we were lucky in our five day stay as the temperature at night in first couple of days in our stay was about 24 and 25 last night was nightmare as it was too hot and the only small fan in the property cannot help all rooms. Location in google view is not shown as this property located in a private drive way.

Before all the staff were amazing and so helpful I must thank them! You can't take that for granted! Once you get into the apartment you immediately feel at home, you have anything you need, peace of mind away from hectic turin, great view, fully equipped kitchen, big and comfortable rooms, great shower, and the thing I love the most is that you see photos of those who live there which makes it more personal and home feel like! We had a great stay for 3 nights during eurovision! If you get there with a car, you're 10 minutes drive away from everywhere in the city! Always available parking!

La posizione, molto tranquilla.

La casa non rispecchia minimamente le foto. Molto sporca: negli armadi abbiamo trovato i vestiti usati del proprietario, le pentole in cucina era unte di olio e sotto i letti era pieno di polvere. Inoltre, a causa di un letto rotto ( e “sistemato” con del fil di ferro) , un mio familiare si è fatto male.

La propreté de la douche et sous l’évier. Il y a de la moisissure. On pourrait mettre du café à disposition et du sel et huile pour le 1er soir les magasins n’étant pas proche

è stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole! Pulizia, ampio salotto e bell'arredamento assicurati.

L'appartamento ha una bella struttura, il salotto è ampio ed è tutto arredato veramente bene. Nell'insieme è un ambiente che trasmette un'ottima energia. Io ed i miei amici siamo ne siamo stati molto contenti! L'ambiente era pulito. Vista panoramica ottima. Zona veramente tranquilla e parecchio silenziosa. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile pure in bici. Ottima posizione!

I 2 letti singoli son risultati scomodi sia per me che per il mio amico, in quanto avevano i materassi un pò infossati, quindi non era possibile avere un sonno continuo perchè ogni tot tempo ci svegliavamo per cambiare posizione, per via del fastidio alla schiena. Il letto matrimoniale invece era comodo e pure il divano. Mancavano aria condizionata o un deumidificatore e la cappa d'aspirazione per la cucina. A parte questo il giudizio rimane positivo!

Posizione Speciale per la vista. È la tranquilla del luogo.

Non è specificato la presenza di 40 gradini esterni prima di arrivare all'ascensore. Avevo con me una persona anziana, e se avessi saputo non avrei scelta questa soluzione. Non essendoci la presenza del gestore fisicamente, le operazioni di ingresso online, per noi, sono risultate faraginose Ci sarebbe da curare più la manutenzione di alcune cose per esempio il lucchetto keybox, che non si aperto al momento di lasciare le chiavi con il taxi che ci aspettava. (arrugginito). L'acqua ai rubinetti del bagno, è fredda se li tieni ad apertura minima, devi aprire al massimo la portata per avere acqua calda.

Прекрасная локация, расположение апартаментов на возвышенном берегу реки По дает возможность наблюдать все красоты Турина и Альп. Рядом парк и река, пробежки и прогулки по утрам. Рестораны, кофейни и магазинчики в пешей доступности. Апартаменты укомплектованы всем необходимым. Просторно, чисто, уютно. Вокруг много зелени, чистый воздух и тишина. После плодотворной работы самое оно. Рекомендую.

Было немного сыро, но при включенном отоплении будет норм.
