Posto molto tranquillo , il residente circondato dal verde.
La scarsa disponibilita' di accessori per cucina e bagno . Presenza di piccioni che non dipende dalla struttura ma impedivano l'uso del terrazzo.

The apartment is big. Location is nice and very close to the beach.
Service was pretty bad. I didn't receive instructions how to get in. I had to ask on whatsapp every single step and only after dozen of my questions they inquired if I received the instructions. Then we had a problem with the boiler and had no hot water. When I complained they said they'd send the maintenance guy. When we came home we still didn't have hot water. When I complained again they sent the maintenance guy who checked the boiler and said it needs repairs which can be done tomorrow, that is when we would check out. I've stayed in quite a few places during this trip.to Italy and this was the worst in terms of service. This is the difference between the host who is a person and in this case a company managing the place.
