Everything about Smiling Places was exceptional. We could not have stayed in a nicer guest house in which to start our Camino Pilgrimage. The owner Fernando goes above and beyond to make you feel as if you're at home. Our room was beautiful and spacious. We were told of several restaurants in the area that we may want to visit. We are already considering a journey back to Portugal so we can stay at Smiling Places!

Amazing location, very clean, spacious room and great en suite bathroom. Elisabete is simply the best host you can hope for. I have never met a host this friendly and caring, you will feel right at home!

Everything! This was our second time staying at Smiling Places and it was like coming home. From the warm welcome by Fernando to the comfortable room and delicious breakfast - everything was perfect!
