The property has an excellent concept and considerable potential. The view is spectacular, and the unit is exceptionally spacious, particularly by European standards. Overall, it has clearly been designed to provide a fabulous stay.
Unfortunately, that concept seems to have been either forgotten or poorly implemented. Communication regarding the check-in process was weak, the room was very humid and, considering the price, the property felt somewhat neglected and poorly managed.
As I said above, it’s generally a well-established and well-run organisation, but it lacks a genuine culture of continual improvement. They’re certainly keen to make a buck, though…
