Super location, walkable to the city centre.
Address in booking is not really correct. The building is opposite to the bank, at the other side of the road next to the bar. I suggest asking to the owner before, as we weren't instructed well. The second day we remained stucked at 1AM in the night because the magnetic key of the building door was not working very well.

The host was really cooperative and made sure check-in and check-out were smooth, as well as being accessible during the stay. The property is within walking distance of new residential developments and the city centre. Perfect for single travellers or couples.
The furnishings could be better as they are a bit old-fashioned (though this wasn't an issue for me). Also, make sure to double-check the parking situation with the host, as it can be difficult to find an empty space behind the building.
