Found out that online reviews were no so pleasant. After message to management apartment was prepared.
I found this flat to be acceptable and satisfactory.

Very nice location, new district, close to museums, no so far from center
Wasn't enough "basic home stuff" only 2 cups for tea, and no sugar, no tea, coffee. After long road would be nice to have a cup of tea, but kitchen was empty. Such a basic details are always presented usually on such places. This basic set like toothpaste, tea, coffee, more than 2 cups, at least 4 - it should be presented in such kind of places, but it wasn't.
