Location. Ski in, ski out. Access to a ski locker and luggage room with showers for day of departure. Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. The unit also has a good view of the valley. Don’t expect 5 star luxury though and there are some annoyances you will have to deal with.

You have to collect and drop off the keys on the opposite side of Arc 1800. It’s about a 10 - 15 minute walk so not ideal. They also do not provide towels and you have to clean the apartment when you leave.

This was a good location in Arc 1800 (Villards), beside a piste and close to bars and shops. Ski lockers easy to find with a handy shower for the final day. Place to leave luggage (not locked) or use the paid for luggage store in Charvet. Great view and balcony, with everything needed. I would stay there again. The bus for Arc 1600 starts from Villards which is within 5 min walk of the flat. There's ski hire in Villards or a small SkiSet office at the base of the apartment block.

I was traveling alone and had plenty space, but it would be a tight fit if you were a group of 4. Ideal for a couple. No bedding provided for the double bed settee, nor towels. It didn't make it clear that you had to hire towels. The apartment is part of a complex run by Pierre and Vacances but this flat is administered by Maeva. There's a reception downstairs that's open all day, but keys are picked up in the Maeva office which is about 10 minute walk away in Charvet. I arrived late and had to negotiate getting an access code to the key safe which was given once I'd paid the tourist tax and credit card number for the deposit (all negotiated via text while on route to Les Arcs). If you arrive on a Saturday afternoon be prepared for a big queue at top of the Funicular for the Arc 1800 bus.
