le côté « comme à la maison », l’espace, la terrasse à l’ombre, la très grande piscine, la proximité avec les beaux sites de la région, l’accueil de Rita et Paolo.

floridia n’a pas grand intérêt mais grandes surfaces sur place, boulangerie, etc. la voiture est indispensable

Die Unterkunft ist einfach wunderbar. Durch ihre Aufmachung ist sie so privat wie sonst keine. Der Garten ist riesig, der Pool umso größer. Alles ist gepflegt, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren als Paar dort, wer mit großen Gruppen reist, wird genug Platz haben, Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen sauber gemacht, die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar. Als Abschied gab es ein Souvenir. Die beiden sind ganz herzliche Menschen, die immer zur Verfügung stehen und einem einen schönen Aufenthalt bereiten wollen.

Dass die Urlaubs Zeit so schnell vorbei ging…

Beautiful villa, fabulous pool and very comfortable. Rita & Paolo are the nicest, most welcoming hosts - we were greeted with a package of fresh bakery goods on arrival and Paolo was fastidious about cleaning the pool every day. They were super helpful and genuinely welcoming. About half an hour’s drive from Siracusa/Ortigia (very pretty).

Although the distance isn’t great, It’s not really possible to walk into Floridia (the villa is up in the hills just outside) so you absolutely need a car. And driving in Sicily is not for the faint-hearted. Floridia itself is a small town with a limited number of restaurants.

La villa es ideal para relajarse y disfrutar de la tranquilidad. Está a las afueras de Floridia pero en poco tiempo, una media hora más o menos, puedes llegar a Siracusa o Noto, lugares espectaculares. Los anfitriones son encantadores y muy amables (siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros). Y lo mejor de todo poder bañarnos en la piscina con una temperatura ideal. Totalmente recomendable!!
