Beautiful facilities: very spacious, new furniture, well kept, beautiful art, very nice swimming pool and lounge area. What was special was the layout: I liked the separate caretaker houses, which afforded more privacy. Also, the outdoor verandha was very beautiful and comfortable- a perfect place to relax with friends! The grounds felt very private, beautiful view of the farm fields..

Overall, I had a great experience with the Happy Field staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

Amenities, hygiene all on point. exceptionally well equipped and comfortable. the staff, especially the lead Caretaker Abhishek is a gem we've stayed at several vacation homes in India and abroad but have experienced the level of hospitality and the quality of fresh, delicious food he was able to provide.
The property isn't listed on Google maps and can only be reached via a link shared by the caretaker/from the listing company. The issue with that is there's actually another listed location on Google Maps near Pune itself called "Happy Fields" and it's in a completely different direction. We actually drove almost all the way there then realised and had to come all the way back to the starting point in Pune and then head to the right location. We ended up missing Lunch and Tea and got there just ahead of dinner time which was a bummer.
