Worth a stay

Very clean and comfortable. Feels cozy and warm. Sauna is a great plus after a long day! The location is good (about 10 mins from the train station), and the check-in process is a self-serve, which works quite smoothly.

We love the location and the service provided. The staff was very prompt in sending messages to inform us how to check in. The room was very clean. We are happy with everything that is provided in the lounge.

Great location and beautiful room

Great location, very clean, beautiful and spacious room, loved the electric fireplace, the shared kitchen was also great, underground parking garage near the property (cca 8 minutes walk)

We were missing a cooking pot and a pan in the kitchen

Great but not perfect

2 bedrooms ,one living room and a kitchen. big space. Enough storage space , Very nice .

The only thing was , bathroom door is a-bit stacked and one of the roof electrical curtain in one bedroom wasn’t able to close. But it was very nice when lying on the bed one can see the stars .

Nice place for every budget, great service, facilities need a little improvement. Overall we enjoyed

Clean and tidy, Very quiet, was perfect for us as a couple, good location.

Water drips all over the shower room floor after taking a shower (maybe curtain is not so good idea) and no mop to clean all the mess. So as a result we use towels that stayed very wet for days, after 1 night it was horrible smell because of the wetness of the towels and no room service entered our room for 2 full days and only when i asked the maid was sent at the 3rd morning. No A/C at the room!! Freezing cold outside and the panel radiator was very uncomfortable. Very slow grade of heat, After shower it was a nightmare.

Nice place could use a few improvements

Apartments were spacious and very updated. Location was central and easy to reach main area of town.

Paying for parking, and the rooms were not set up as requested. Two rooms needed and paid for cribs/baby beds, which were not provided in the rooms. Some parking spots we paid for were far from the hotel. No elevators and a family with 3 children and heavy luggage had to carry their bags up 3 flights of stairs. Other than that the place itself was very nice.

average ,compared to zall am cee property ,this was a let down

no lift,so bags need to be carried ,had a main road adjacent so was a bit noisy,as the windows needed to be kept open, cleaning staff came in 30 mins earlier asking us to be ready to leave.

Beutifull room in a great location

I really like our room, it was perfectly bright, spotlessly clean and very cosy. We booked a parking spot as well, it was right in front of our window. The apartman is right next to a small river, so in the evening you can listen the water. The bathroom was huge and well equipped. We had a coffee maschine in the room, with 2 capsules and a electric fireplace.

There was none, maybe the only negative thing is the late check in - it was at 15:00 (15:20 - was when we finally got our keys to our room)

Room was beautiful. Home from home. Staff not based on site but communication quick via bookings.com or phone. Very well organised. Beautiful lake down the road well worth the visit . More of a sleepy town as we were travelling thru so used this as a base for a few days and was perfect
