La ubicación del apto es Perfecto y cuenta con todas las comodidades que se necesitan.

En primer lugar la amabilidad y disposición de ayuda del Sr. Juan (administrador del apt. ). Seguido de la ubicación y la vista tan espectacular que tiene al mar. También que te den un botellón de agua potable es un plus muy especial tienen hielo y hasta una nevera de icopor para tu disposición. Excelente 👍👏

La vista es indudablemente su mejor atributo, así como la ubicación estratégica a pocos metros de la playa pública, y en medio del comercio. Esto facilita tener acceso a lo que ofrece la isla. Además, está sumamente cerca del aeropuerto, si no llevas equipaje de grandes dimensiones fácilmente puedes caminar (son 800 metros aproximadamente). Otra cosa que me gustó fue la atención y seguimiento tanto de Maribel, cómo de Juan quién administra, siempre pendientes y con recomendaciones muy acertadas.
Es una estructura que requiere arreglos, el edificio tiene muchas grietas, la limpieza debería ser más exhaustiva o frecuente para mantener en óptimas condiciones el lugar.
