Nagyon jó hangulata van az apartmannak, jó az elhelyezkedése.
Sajnos szúnyogháló nincs, az ablak nyitva volt így viszonylag sok szúnyoggal kellett megküzdenünk, illetve elég sok sarokban pihentek kaszáspókok is. A mikró és bögrék hiánya is érezhető, illetve valamilyen csepegtető mosogatás után. Zuhanyfüggöny nincs a kádnál, így elég körülményes a tusolás, illetve a melegvíz is korlátozott a tapasztalataink szerint.
