Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great location and well-equipped. Very comfortable.

Unfortunately, we had to witness a violent altercation between the host and her daughter at 4am after they came home on Saturday night. It was disturbing and we had to intercept as we were very concerned. This behaviour as a host is unacceptable and the worst part was that no apologies were offered. Rather the host hid from us the rest of our stay. If you are sensitive to smoke, maybe look to stay elsewhere as there is a constant drift of smoke coming up to the balcony from below.

Spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, fast internet, modern 4k television, parking at the door, shelter to collect luggage when unloading and loading the car. No hassle with deposits in an envelope. Good Italian restaurant, supermarket and swimming pool within walking distance. Advice: if you go skiing AND swimming, you better buy an Allgäu-Tirol Skicard at the ski lift in Nesselwang. With this card you can also go skiing in Oberjoch and many other places

Outside it was not really cold for the end of December, about 0 to 10 degrees, and yet we did not get the rooms cozy warm with all thermostat knobs on max. Internet was fast for the first 3 days, then it went down. I reported it, the owner would check out. But I don't think the owner is technically skilled enough to understand the problem. The WiFi worked well, but the internet connection with the outside world was no longer there. The next day the connection was there for a short time, but it was gone again after a few minutes. I suspect that there is a data limit from the provider, we have used 28 GB, mainly with streaming TV, in 3 days. I do that at home also or more, but it is maybe too much for the connection that the apartment has. The last 2 days I have only used mobile internet via hot-spot of my handy. Location is good, but it is a pity that there is only 1 good restaurant within walking distance. Timely reservation is the message. There is alternatively a moderate Asian restaurant and a pizza-only restaurant in the neighborhood.

the apartment was very clean. Everything worked. Nesselwang is a nice place, and there is much to do and see in the vicinity.

However, a few downsides: all 4 beds are in 1 bedroom. It was more convenient to have a sofa bed in the living room, so that there is more privacy and you don't have to sleep in 1 room all together. The bathroom (including the toilet) has a sliding glass door, which is largely made of clear glass. This means you have little privacy in the bathroom. We were with our own family and then it is a little less annoying, but if you are wiping your butt, it can be seen from the hallway. There is no curtain for the door to the balcony from the bedroom, so it is very light in the bedroom as soon as the sun comes up. Apartment can accommodate 4 people, but balcony is small and you can't sit there with 4 people. There are also only 2 chairs, so you can't eat outside with the four of you. in addition there was 2 evenings until late (after 11 pm) a dog was barking continuously. maybe this dog belongs to the neighbors and the owner of this apartment can't do much about it, but we couldn't fall asleep until late.
