We arrived as a family with children and left the moment we saw the room. We didn’t even stay one night. The promotional pictures make the hotel look clean and decent, but the reality is completely different. The entire place is dirty and neglected. Our assigned room had thick, heavy dust covering the old fan and the air conditioner. There were cobwebs, a spider in the corner, and visible grime on surfaces and moldings. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned before our arrival. As soon as we walked in and saw the condition, we turned around and left. We were not willing to expose our children to that level of dirt and poor hygiene. The dust alone on the fan and AC would have made the air quality terrible if we had turned them on. This is not a minor issue — the hotel clearly does not maintain basic cleanliness standards between guests. Families with young or older children should especially avoid this place.

We stayed from 11/12/24-13/12/24 2night It was Very dirty not things like photos .The toilets not working ,the bad had sands on the bad ,rubbish under bad Very disgusting ,spiders web anywhere we felt terrible but we had no choices we had to close our eyes went toilet on toilet floor was full of dirt and spider web was not clean it terrible 😞. Before we book we read the reviewed but thought the writer was negative but this was real We felt sad. Building itself was great but just cleanness was terrible . Staff was okay

If you consider the price for a private room, it’s a good deal—especially with well-functioning air conditioning and a great location. However, the issue lies in the fact that the room labeled as “Luxury” was not the same as shown in the pictures. It definitely needs maintenance. For example, the toilet flush wasn’t working and there was a bucket provided to flush manually. Also, the water in the pool was green and unusable during my stay, which was disappointing.
