This was the best and most thorough information For the check in and checkout process that I could ever ask for . They are attentive. They give great information. The location can't be beat if you want to go to the conference center. This was probably one of my more perfect vacations. I literally cannot think of a single complaint or change that I would ask for. The perfect Keystone weather was also an added bonus

Upon arrival, one need to do a bit of logistics to find the entry point to the lodge for the keys, drive around and look for the block in which the apartment is located. Not a big deal but plan for it if arriving late at night

The location was great. The shuttle was easy and convenient. Had a beautiful view of the lake.
The condo was dated and not clean. The old shag rug needs to be torn up and replaced! The tile floor was dirty. There was a pan in the cabinet caked with dried egg!
