Liked the location. Very quite. Easy walk to beach and dunes.
Could have better garden seating for when the sun shines.

A lovely quiet and private cottage, set back from the road with its own courtyard garden and meters from the famous Winterton dunes and beach. The house is very well equipped and accessible being all on one floor in a converted stable block. Amanda, the owner, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful so we had a good relaxing stay. Winterton has a great out of the way feel, but with a good pub, tea shop, shop and chippy - so all you need!

Nice and close to the beach.
nice and clean.
Nice space for the dog outside.
The smell of damp in all the rooms it’s just too overwhelming..we had to buy candles and room spray to try and help with the smell not pleasant at all and not acceptable considering we paid over £100 a night.we ended up leaving 2days early.
Couldn’t use the log burner.
