It was beautiful and clean, the staff were very attentive and the hot tub and outside area was great. Kitchen was well stocked as we ate our meals in the whole time. There is a hover and cleaning supplies which was a great bonus as I like to keep things clean. Location was good too, very close to Tenby and near to other towns with easy access to grocery stores, pubs etc. The farm is cute with animals on view. I would recommend this property. š
The beds were not very comfortable in our opinion, the single bed springs were very squishy which meant you sunk in very deep. The double bed was too firm for us and the double duvet meant my husband's feet were poking out the whole time and we were fighting over covers every night. I would recommend bringing your own single as well if you aren't used to sharing a small duvet.

The accommodation overall was lovely,the jacuzzi was amazing!
Beautiful setting and the animal feeding experience included was the cherry on the cake!
Accommodation was overall clean enough but maybe a deep cleanā¦skirting boards etc but that really wasnāt a big issue as it didnāt effect our stay!
My little boy had an awesome birthday stay,we all did highly recommend and we would 1000% return!
Also the welcome cakes,wine,milk,tea,coffee,sugar,condiments and cleaning products supplied were a lovely touch!

Very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Miles better than Forest Holidays. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Hot tub was great. Great supply of welcoming things, like milk, marshmallows for the kids etc.
Drains. The smell of drains. Our shower/ toilet upstairs absolutely stank of drains, so much so that my wife and I couldn't get to sleep on the first night. After that, we shut the door and left the window open. This confined it to that room at least.
I emailed the owner who said they'd send someone, which they did but said they couldn't find a problem. I said it still smelt and they returned with some zoflora. This worked for about 30 minutes. I was going to re-email them, but my wife wasn't well the following day and I didn't want her being disturbed in the cottage, nor risk the staff, as we didn't know if it was an allergy or a bug.
I mentioned the smell again to some staff on Friday, when my wife was better, but he said it would be Monday before it could be looked at now, due to the weekend, which was fair enough, but he did return and put something in the drain, which cleared it up temporarily.
The smell was grim when the shower wasn't being run and I noticed a drainy type smell outside on departure (I hadn't noticed that previously).
We didn't nag the staff as we spent most of the days out and about exploring and we didn't want it on our mind, but something really needs to be done about the smell.
Minor repairs need doing to cracked plaster, fly filled lights, spotlights out of the ceiling and doors not fitting correctly.
The drain smell was the key issue, the other bits minor niggles, which was a shame as the rest of the property is pretty good and in a good location.
