Bardzo wygodne i ciche łóżko w sypialni, dużo przestrzeni w salonie. Bardzo ładnie urządzony, czysty apartament. Żelazko, deska do prasowania, pralka czy suszarka na ubrania. Wszystko jest.
Baterie podtynkowe(kran i deszczownia) w łazience do wymiany, ale to operacja wymagająca zerwania płytek. Nie domykające się drzwi balkonowe(u góry) oraz rozpadające się krzesła. Przez koty od wejścia śmierdzi kuwetą. Dwa drapaki z salonu musieliśmy wynieść na balkon.
