Having the remote controllers work. Letting people know up front that there are stairs at the front entrance. I brought my eldery mom and her two sisters to Statesboro. 1 walker, 1 cane, & 1 79 year old. They lLOVED the place thou!!! Hated the stairs. Quite neighbors. Close to town. Very clean.
