Once we arrived back from concert the key fob wouldn’t work to let us in room but was sorted straight away so can’t complain could of been a technical issues

The apartment was clean and in a perfect location! Staff on the door were polite.
The apartment was number 515 and it was next to the train station and even with the windows closed the trains were very loud!!
There was no air conditioning in the apartment and it was very warm, so we had to have the windows open to get some air in.
Also it was also too light in the bedroom and it would benefit from blackout blinds.

Very friendly staff and location is perfect
I don’t feel like it was cleaned properly before our stay, There was visible dust, bits all over the floors (hair & crumbs) and it didn’t feel fresh or well-maintained. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and hope this can be improved for future guests. The door bar in the bedroom cut my toe also cause it was not secured to the floor,
