absolutely everything! the location, the property itself was brilliant, will definitely be staying again!

Booked this accommodation to be close to Wembley Stadium for a concert and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! Collected keys from the very friendly reception staff on arrival and were directed to our block which was a few blocks up and literally across the road from the stadium. Had a key card to gain entry to the building and lift up to our floor. We were thrilled to find that our apartment was facing the stadium and we were that close that we could sit on the balcony and hear the support act as clearly as when we got into the concert. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious for four people - two bedrooms with comfy beds, two full bathrooms (one was en suite) a lovely kitchen area with a small amount of coffee, tea and sugar provided plus washing up liquid, sponge etc. Lounge area had a large 3 seater sofa and chair plus a dining table and chairs so plenty of seating for four people. Lovely decor, layout was great and the building itself felt safe and welcoming - also could hear no noise at all from other apartments. It took us less than 5 minutes to walk from our apartment to the entrance gate at Wembley and it was great to be back in the apartment so quickly after the concert. We sat on the balcony watching the crowds of people heading to the tubes and train station so this really is a great choice if you want to avoid that. We stayed for two nights so were able to explore Wembley Park area the next day when it was quieter - lots of lovely eateries, a designer outlet plus a Tesco express and a Lidl to do any grocery shopping. There was also a grocery shop and a coffee shop right underneath the apartment buildings which is really handy but a bit more expensive so worth walking the extra few minutes if you need a few things. Wembley Park tube station was only a 10/15 minute walk and there was also a train line right by the apartment that went to Marlybone. Loved our stay and will book again if we ever have another concert in Wembley

The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been access to parking. There was a car park attached to the apartment building but it was for residents only. There was a car park directly opposite the apartment (Red parking) but because it was an event day it needed to be pre booked which I found out too late and couldn't get a space. I think the charge was £50 for event day and around £25 for 24 hours on non event days. We ended up using Just Park so parked on someone's driveway and had a 10 minute walk which wasn't too bad but a parking option would have been the cherry on the cake!

Modern and spacious apartment

The washing machine broke down and leaked water all throughout the apartment. Management couldn’t even assist by sending us a mop. We had to soak up all the water with a towel and wring it out. We filled an entire bucket this way. We feel as though the management fobbed off repairs and gaslit us after we checked out to avoid responsibility. No alternative solution was offered to us to wash our clothes which were by then dirty and sopping wet. Given that we booked the apartment specifically because it listed a washing machine was an amenity, we feel like we overpaid. The kitchen implements were rather mean with only a one saucepan and a frypan.
