Lokalizacja, parking za bramą, kontakt z obiektem, stale ciepła woda (mając na uwadze ilość gości wody ciepłej nie brakowało)
Śmierdząca woda z kranów, brudne naczynia w szafkach i szafki w środku.. mało apetycznie spożywa się wówczas posiłki i je przyrządza.. cienkie ściany powodują ze innych gości za ściana słychać tak jakby byli razem z nami w pokoju, brak piekarnika, brak żelazka co jest niezbędna rzeczą dla osób podróżujących służbowo, bardzo SŁABE oświetlenie w pokoju nr 3.
