Very good location, many food selection along the main road, super close to Icon Bali (2 to 3 mins walk). The hotel has a comfortable car which is very convenient to arrange for pickup/drop off from airport or other destinations and the hotel driver drives safely. Very friendly staffs. Best thing the hotel allows extension (with a fee) as we have night flights, the extension allowed us to go to the beach, lunch, no rush, back to hotel to rest and shower before check out in the late afternoon.
Provide better quality shower gel and shampoo and in more quantity. Whatsapp response is a bit slow at times but I guess small hotel/apartment, hence lack of manpower to handle enquiries.

Everything - very obliging happy to do anything for you staff / spacious and modern accomodation .
Bit noisy neighbours in property next door / and barking dog / that’s why I didn’t give 10. Not a bother but paid top price so is why I mentioned it .

Best location in Sanur. Had 3 rooms for the family. So easy to book and request before arrival were effortless. Staff are fantastic as with the rooms. Vaule for money +++++. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

Dogs outside our room barking from 2am to 5am, then the roosters continued
