We booked the Junior Mountain Suite for 4 nights and it was great. Just what we hoped for... authentic, clean and with a great view.

BUT, BUT, BUT..we only had it for 3 nights because they had let it to someone else when we arrived which was really disappointing and frustrating to say the least. Not what you want at the start of your holiday!!! There was nobody on reception to meet us to explain either, just the cleaning lady. She showed us to another room hoping we wouldn't notice. That room was awful. It was on two floors so you had to go up and downstairs in the night just to visit the loo, the toilet door didn't shut, it was dark, the fittings had not been maintained and there was even a dangerous wall socket in the kitchen. I had to complain vehemently (difficult as there was no English speaker and my Greek is non existent) to get a token apology and partial refund though I think they should have refunded the whole of one night given the mistake was all theirs.

The property was clean quiet and well located for access to Areopoli. The host was great and having breakfast on the terrace every morning was lovely.

Very cozy and clean. We really liked the interior and it was very comfortable for 4 people. The breakfast was great as well and the staff very friendly!

The mattress was a bit too soft, but it’s an immaterial detail compared to how great the property was.
