Ecostay Glamping Rainbow Forest

Een geweldige ervaring in de natuur van Ishigaki. Wij waren met een gezin. De eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je kan ook tours doen. De tent zelf is super. De slaapruimte heeft airco wat prettig is. Je hebt je eigen sanitair en keuken. We konden prima zelf koken en gebruik voor de tafel-bbq als je de kans hebt.

大自然の中で、色々な生き物の音など、五感を沢山刺激されるところ ご夫婦の対応や人柄 宿泊場所から出発できるツアーも素晴らしい。 朝食のホットサンドを自分達で焼き、熱々を食べられ、沖縄のフルーツも毎回とても美味しかった。 夜は真っ暗なことや、星も綺麗に見えるところ。

ジャングルの中なので、宿までの道が凸凹道でだいぶ走りにくいことや、湿度に鬱陶しさを感じることはありましたが、そうゆう体験も楽しめたら最高です。

Taka and Mari are what made this stay so special. The communication beforehand was excellent, quick, warm and helpful with every question, so we felt looked after before we’d even arrived. They’re so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Both speak good English, and when they occasionally struggled they had a brilliant translation app to bridge the gap, so we always understood each other (just as well, as my Japanese is limited to “arigato”!). The tents were lovely, the beds really comfy, and breakfast was a treat every morning, the fresh fruit especially. The real highlights were the experiences with Taka: the kayaking, the trek to the waterfall, and the magical sunset cruise on the traditional wooden Okinawan boat. Unforgettable hosts and an unforgettable stay.

The location was more remote than expected and the road for getting there was barely practicable, what made it quite stressful for the rented car. To the point that we decided not to stay.
