W apartamencie było bardzo głośno że względu na kiepsko zrobione ścianki między apartamentami i szpary między belkami które powodowały, że widać było światło z sąsiednich apartamentów oraz było słychać nawet najcichszą rozmowę Bardzo słaby zasięg internetu. Oświetlenie zewnętrzne włączone do późnych godzin nocnych przez co nawet mimo zasłon w pokojach było jasno w nocy. W sypialniach i w łazience było zbyt zimno.
