Quasi tutto era perfetto

Non avevo Internet quando sono arrivato e non potevo entrare. Ho chiamato per aiuta la ricezione ma solo la segreteria telefonica rispose che tutti gli operatori erano occupati. Pensavo già che avrei passato la notte per strada. Ma poi qualcuno è uscito di casa e sono riuscito ad entrare. Poi, quasi tra 5 minuti, l'operatore mi ha chiamato e mi ha spiegato dove andare e come entrare nell'appartamento.

spazio piccolo ma ben organizzato, pulito e ben attrezzato.. comodo il check in e check out automatico, con possibilità di supporto da remoto. Io non ho avuto problemi, istruzioni molto chiare e precise.

I was happy o be alone because the apartment is so little. There is noise in the night on the street. If you have sleep problems…one window is to the private yard, the other one is directly to the street. This is all… was all good but I think the expectations are high because of pictures on booking. I was sure is bigger and more beautiful. But is a nice and simple and corect place :) thank you so much!
