Urban Getaway Top Floor 4BR 4BA, AC, Sauna, Ipswich

The house was great, perfect for our group of work colleagues with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom space. There was so much character in the house, lovely and comfortable to stay at.

Wow, this house definitely exceeded our expectations. We stay in Ipswich regularly and will definitely rebook here. We loved that every room had its own bathroom, this is especially useful with teen-aged children. The balcony was a great space to watch the sunset and we also appreciated the parking at the back. It felt very safe and secure. We had a few changes to our booking to cater for an extra adult and one of our children, who couldn’t stay with their friend on one of the nights, but these changes were no problem to do and it was super easy to get in touch with the host team to do so.

I think you’d be hard pushed to dislike anything at this house.

Nice big home with ensuites in each room, bathrooms were clean.

The property needs a serious deep clean. Although last minute booking the steep price we paid was not reflected in the home. Outdoor furniture was mouldy, cob webs over the dining room chairs, stains on the bed head, cups and mugs weren’t put away clean. I also pulled a piece of glass out of my foot from a hole in a window that had been missed by the cleaners. The location was at times inconvenient without a car but made the most of close public transport.
