About this house rental
NOTE: The unheated private pool is offered between Memorial Day and Labor Day due to cooler temps before and after said period. This spacious home has all the amenities to enjoy spending time with family or friends. Centrally located near a park, shopping mall, and several delicious restaurants. Guests might take a walk along the Mighty Columbia River just a few miles from the home by car. Lawerence Scott Park/fields, and The Southridge Sports Complex are around 6-10 min away by car for tournament families.

Guests may sign into their personal accounts for streaming services.
One high chair, and one booster seat provided. Two additional IKEA high chairs available by request. A potty seat, and baby gate for the stairs are also available by request. Puddle jumper life jackets provided.
This home sleeps sixteen maximum. Towels, and linens are available for sixteen people only.
Note: the cleaning fee covers the sanitizing practices and laundering of linens for the 4000 sq feet guests have access. Please leave the home in the condition you found it.

First and foremost, the owner was responsive and extremely helpful! There is so much room in the beautiful home that no one felt cramped at all. The beds are comforable with more than enough pillows to go around. The hot tub was amazing and exceptioally clean without that horrible chemical smell. The yard is beautiful, well maintained and welcoming. Lastly the big room has a beautiful bar, complete with an ice machine, fridge, dishwasher just for the glassware for the bar, a sink and more. The room has surround sound and even has a record player for those of us that still love them, lol. If you're looking for a great place to stay, intertain or host something, this is the place for you!I forgot to mention, there is a great kitchen with more than enough room to prep meals that you can cook on the stove or on one of the multiple bbq's in the back yard!

Hot tub might have been a little too hot but overall the family enjoyed the visit and our host was awesome!
