What a great spot. On the beach, close to the boardwalk and downtown Hollywood. Short drive to Fort Lauderdale or little longer to Miami. House was great setup for us. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Host was very friendly and stayed in touch throughout our stay.

The house was wonderful; loved the open layout of big kitchen, dining, and living room — all with a fabulous ocean view. Plenty of beach chairs, and beach was not crowded at all. Great bike/ walking path that we biked up to the Hollywood broadwalk every day ( bikes were provided!). 2great restaurants within very close walking distance. Host was easy to communicate with, truly a pleasure to be at this house!

We had a family reunion and Thanksgiving together. This was the primary, spacious rental home. Can’t beat the location. Well appointed in terms of beach items. Kitchen has a variety of utensils and stove is in need of repair or replacement. Furniture is new and comfortable. Lots of privacy.

The property was as described: terrific location right on the ocean, with several amenities. Check-in was seamless and communication with the owners stellar throughout the process. A few issues that arose onsite were resolved quickly. Rooms were clean; however, the property as a whole is probably due for an overhaul which is to be expected with heavy use. Great for multiple guests/families. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms, great updated kitchen area, ample beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. which really made for a great beach experience.

All in all this house served it’s purpose for our group. Was 6 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of space for everyone. The beach is right out the front door which was perfect for our beach loving family. For sure some TLC is needed on this property but it didn’t affect our happiness while here.

This very large and spacious home is in an amazing location. Just steps from the Atlantic Ocean. We ran into an air conditioner problem, and it had to be replaced while we were there. Rocky, the property manager, was spot on and very attentive to the situation. It was fixed within a day and our Saturday birthday celebration went off without a hitch. With a home so close to the ocean, the property gets much sea spray and salt and things wear quickly, but the positives far outweigh the negatives. The incredible view of the Atlantic and the boardwalk access immediately in front of the property are a big asset for this home. I spent my youth on this beach, so I really appreciate the area. The hosts are very gracious, and they allowed us to invite a small group of friends to join our family for an afternoon party at the beach. Some great memories were made that weekend at the North Beach house!

The home is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the ocean, just like in the picture. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The huge sofa was a wonderful place to visit and we watched a great movie on the huge TV in front of the sofa. As they said in the write up, the house is "steps" from the beach - maybe 20 steps! Walking the beach is great fun and you can go forever. Rocky is very easy to contact and when we found that there were no washcloths or kitchen towels he supplied them within hours. The air-conditioning worked and we highly recommend this home for groups. It was worth the price.

You are steps away from the beach, breathtaking views of the ocean, close to restaurants and a Publix. We can’t say enough positive raves about our stay at this beachfront property. The house was spacious, even for 12 people, and the kitchen and amenities were ideal. We appreciated the games, bicycles, and extra chairs and tables in the garage, and used the grill, hot tub, and dining area under the gazebo. The house even withstood a huge storm during our stay without any issues. Rocky was always responsive and the perfect host. We look forward to returning next time!

This property is great for a family with small children. Has everything that you’d need for a stay and close to Publix/CVS for anything you’d forget. Super easy drive to the parks which is a huge plus.

It’s beautiful on the inside and better on the outside. The location is spectacular! Head out the front door and your feet are in the sand in about 30 seconds. When you come up the stairs for the first time (and every morning!) and walk into the living room, the ocean is right there. It’s breathtaking! The deck is so awesome with the sights, sounds, smells of the ocean. You never have to leave the house to have a spectacular vacation. We hardly did! But if you do decide to leave, it’s close to great restaurants, the big Hollywood public beach and The Broadwalk. We happened to be a group of “older” people, all over 60. It was perfect for us. Would really be a fantastic place for all ages. There are lots of toys in the garage. It was the vacation spot of a lifetime. Cannot wait to come back.

My family spent our Christmas weekend at this beautiful home on the beach. The location is absolutely the best with great views of the ocean. Stores and restaurants are near by and there’s plenty of room for everyone.

The location and size of the house were excellent. Beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated having the Keurig. The beach towel basket was genius and it was very nice having a washer and dryer. The Jacuzzi area needs to be cleaned up a little. As far as adding things I would suggest luggage racks or benches in the rooms. Overall it was a great property and we will be back.

I rented this beach house for three nights for 10 senior adults. The house sits on a corner across the street from the ocean. The property has 2 floors: 4 bedrooms and 2 baths on the first floor and the master bedroom and another bath on the second floor. The living room, kitchen, dining room and bar are also all on the second floor. We seniors mostly enjoyed the outside balcony surrounding the entire second floor with great views of the ocean and breathtaking sunrises. The owner came to the property the morning after our arrival to address all concerns by my friends. We recommend the owner to add a clothing rack to three bedrooms.

Where do I even start?? Exposed wires in the jacuzzi. I have to risk electrical shock in order to have a good time? Broken chairs outside in the patio, rusted and inoperative propane BBQ grills. Piles on piles of trash from the previous tenant, broken fishing poles, broken paddle boards, junky and unorganized garage Here’s the worst part. The lister SPIED ON US every single day we were there!!! Poor instructions on extra parking and had nerve to have an attitude about it. Showed up to the house unannounced MULTIPLE TIMES after I told her she didn’t have to come. She was rude and skeptic from the beginning about how many people I had come over as if I live with a family of over 10 people. I had family come from different states and we had multiple cars and she just couldn’t fathom that. She is the absolute worst and I will NEVER Invest so much money on a family vacation with this woman and her company. DO NOT RENT HERE. She WILL spy on you.
