Enjoy convenient ski-in/out access to the slopes at Park City Mountain Resort and year-round access to a heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. The indoor hot tub is just 10 steps away from your door. Or simply take in the mountain air from your private covered balcony. Walk to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs. The Park City ice skating rink is also just next door. You'll be on the city's free bus route, so catch a bus to the historic main street for great shopping, or take it a few miles further to the Park City Outlets!

Climb aboard the Park City Alpine Coaster for an adrenaline-inducing ride down the mountain - you control your speed. Hop on the Union Pacific Rail Trail, a 28-mile non-motorized hiking jaunt between Park City and the Echo Reservoir, just minutes from your front door. You can also explore the trail on cross-country skis, mountain bikes, or horseback. Visit the Park City Museum to discover interactive exhibits and the city's original basement jail.

After a fun-filled day of alpine adventures, drink hot cocoa around the gas fireplace, kick back on the queen sofa bed and watch a movie on the 55-inch smart TV with Netflix capabilities. Prepare tasty home-cooked meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances, including a dishwasher.

Parking is not available with this condo. Please do not bring a car. Arriving guests should take a shuttle or ride share from the airport and enjoy complimentary city-wide bus service, or utilize ride share apps while visiting Park City.
For your convenience, you can store your luggage for an extra fee if arriving before check-in time or departing after check-out. Space is limited. The units are large enough to accommodate multiple large pieces of luggage, skis, and snowboards.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
