Welcome to Crimson Chimes!
Crimson Chimes is formerly named YamaBama. This luxury and newly furnished condo overlooks the UofA Practice fields. You are able to walk to the stadium, Coliseum, Aquatic Center, and more! You can't ask for a better location. The condo is located just 0.5 miles from the stadium! The condo is equipped with a grill, TVs in all rooms & balcony, as well as plenty of games! There are complex workout facilities just down the hallway from the unit & and a complex industrial ice-maker for your game day needs! There are 2 elevators for the complex. This is NOT a pet friendly property!
As of September 2025, the pictured bunkbed is now a Queen. The first bedroom has a king bed with an attached bathroom that has a tub shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bathroom is located right next to this second bedroom and has a walk in shower.
** Guest are NOT allowed to be on the balcony during Alabama Football Practice. Hefty fines are given out if violations occur.**

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*
*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*
*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

We rented this place for my daughter's college move-in, and it exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect! Walking distance to campus - and the Alabama decor was such a fun touch!! The home had everything we needed and more! During our stay, we thought my husband's wedding band was left behind. We immediately reached out to ask if they could keep an eye out, knowing it was not their responsibility for items left behind. They assured us they would, and just a few days later, the ring was found. We are so grateful! I can't say enough good things about this rental. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
