Located in Townville, SC on Hartwell Lake. Close to Clemson, Pendleton, Seneca, Anderson, and Greenville. Newly renovated mobile home equipped with everything you could possibly need PLUS a gorgeous lake view! Close to Green Pond, Broyles, and Apple Island boat landing. Apple Island boat landing is within walking distance. Plenty of space for your boat trailer. A boat dock is available for docking only. Enough parking for 2 boat trailers.

This is our second time staying on the property. That should tell you something right there…that we returned. I think the price point for what you get is amazing. And what you get is a very clean, remodeled mobile home with comfortable bedding and a comfortable living room and a decently stocked kitchen. You also get the view of the lake, which is great to sit out on the porch for a morning cup of coffee.
