"Heiners Eck - Haus Sylvia" is nestled away and tucked away in a green setting on a spacious, 3,000-square-meter, quiet corner lot in the beautiful Borby neighborhood.
Spread across three houses, we offer cozy vacation apartments ranging from 35 to 55 square meters for your relaxing vacation with up to 5 people.
Our property borders directly on woods and meadows through which the Lachsenbach stream flows—we have a view of nature, and deer and squirrels often come to visit us in our garden.
For our younger guests, we have a sandbox, a swing, and a rocking animal—plus plenty of space to run around and play on our large lawn, which is securely fenced in and set back from the street.
We have a ping-pong table and a barbecue area, as well as several seating areas with chairs for relaxing and enjoying peaceful moments outdoors!
It’s a 15-minute walk along the beautiful Borbyer Ufers to downtown or the marina.
