About this house rental
Quiet neighborhood in the heart of it all. Tech is just a quick drive up the road. Take a nice stroll to the park that has a huge pond and lots of room for running around. Watch the kids play in the front yard or cook up some barbeque and enjoy the backyard. Shopping, endless restaurant choices, and coffee shops are all within a couple miles.
Inside is sparkling clean and spacious with new couches, mattresses, and a fully stocked kitchen including a coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom; the additional two bedrooms each include a queen bed. The hallway bathroom has a bath/shower combo and tons of counter space. The house has WiFi and a 55” Roku tv in the living area with views from the kitchen and dining table. The front room can be used as an extra sleep space and includes a comfortable queen slumber air sleeper sofa and blackout drapes. There is a barbecue and sitting areas for you to enjoy the spacious backyard.
No parties allowed, no exceptions. Please give advance notice of any extra day visitors or any additional overnight guests (not exceeding 8 people)

The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen houseware. Plenty of space and comfortable sleeping places. Charla was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we come to town!

The house was very clean, the decor was cute, and the beds were comfortable. The location is great and easy to get anywhere in Lubbock. We loved it!

I have to imagine this is one of the top rentals in Lubbock. The location is great, as well as the layout of the home. The beds were comfortable, house was clean and well stocked with what we needed. I plan to rent again while my kids are attending TTU.
