Unit 205D in Sea Cloisters II is the ultimate in elegance. The unit was completely remodeled in the of Fall 2022, with new floors, paint, windows, doors, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen cabinetry. Both bathrooms were also gutted and upgraded to provide our customers with the ultimate in luxury and convenience. Equally important is the fact that 205D has “a million-dollar view” with both a balcony facing the ocean, as well as multiple windows on the side overlooking both the pool and the Cherry Grove pier facing north. Sea Cloisters II is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. You will find this 3-story beach retreat is in a secluded setting and is a perfect place for couples and families to relax and play or just lounge by the ocean front pool. This second-floor walk-up 3 bedroom / 2 bath ocean front condo features a fully equipped kitchen, DW, washer & dryer, WiFi, 4 flat screen TVs and a private covered balcony with the aforementioned majestic oceanfront view. 1 king size bed in master bedroom, 1 queen size bed in second bedroom, 1 queen size bed in third bedroom, 1 sofa bed in living room. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close proximity to the Sea Cloisters. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. Property Manager, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for an additional fee. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed. No Elevator.
