Beautiful brand new remodel in the heart of Downtown Monument. Designer finishes and decor throughout the home. The location is excellent, only a 5 minute walk to the middle of Downtown! The home is located close to the entrance of the US Air Force Academy, hiking and biking trails, amazing local restaurants and breweries, and much more! Because it`s close to the I-25 corridor, you can take a quick drive to Downtown Colorado Springs, Garden of the gods, Manitou Springs, the Broadmoor Hotel, or the Cheyenne Mountain zoo!

The property was perfect for us for the week we were there. Very clean, well stocked with kitchen essentials. Check in and out were very well communicated and I knew exactly what was expected.

Property is clean and well decorated. Easy checkin and no issues! My only issue would be that we couldn’t find any kitchen towels but wasn’t a big deal. Neighbor lady complained about parking in front of mailbox but no where else with 3 cars. Loved the giant living room and the master upstairs king bed was SO comfy.

This place has the best balance of amenities for what we needed! Our almost a year and a half grandson was completely thrilled with the place here! For the size of group and varied ages that we are this was the place for us to get, thank you very much!
