Walk to dining or hop on the complimentary on-demand shuttle for easy access to the culture, attractions, and cuisine in the Village and Deer Valley.

Sip morning coffee at the table for two. In the evening, sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill. Unwind into vacation mode under soaring ceilings in the stylish Great Room, furnished with comfortable seating. Light the gas fireplace and settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the TV. Prepare meals in the kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Gather for meals around the adjacent dining table. Outside, enjoy the fresh mountain air and inspiring views on your private balcony.

Rest soundly in the primary suite, complete with a queen bed and a smart TV. The en-suite bath -- also accessible via the kitchen -- has two vanities and a tub/shower combination. Open to the living area below, the adjoining second and third bedrooms are in the loft. Separated by a stylish barn door for privacy, one room has two queen beds, while the other has two twin beds and a smart TV. The guest bath has a tub/shower combination.

Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and an in-unit washer/dryer. In summer, a portable air-conditioner is provided in the living room.

Walk five minutes to the Park City Mountain Cabriolet or 10 minutes to the base to spend fun-filled days on the slopes. With the seasonal Canyons Village Connect Shuttle pick up location just a 2-minute walk from your door, enjoy free transportation to anywhere in the Canyons Village including multiple gondolas, restaurants, hotels, and spas in the Village. It also provides transit to and from the city bus transit station -- ride to Main Street, Deer Valley, or any other free city bus stops.

THINGS TO KNOW
Located on the second floor, this condo is accessed via one flight of exterior stairs.
There is no heat/HVAC cooling system. A portable AC unit cools the entire condo. Baseboard heat and gas fireplace warm the condo.
The pool, clubhouse, hot tubs, and sauna, as well as amenities such as tennis and the grilling area are typically open 8 months of the year. (Closures are usually mid-April to Memorial Day and Labor Day-Thanksgiving.)

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Utah locals. Staycation in Park City often. Staying in PC in July is rough - no one has AC. Chose this place bc of 3 ceiling fans and a portable AC. In July, look for those amenities. PROS: 1. Quiet & secluded, but conveniently between Kimball Junc & downtown. Townhome close enough to clubhouse 2. Fun pool; 3 pools in the same area - baby pool, kid pool, grown up pool + out & indoor spa & sauna. 3. Slept comfortably (2 ad./15 yo/10 yo). Easily sleeps 8 if double beds are shared. 4. Touches: stocked kitchen. Travel toiletries. Fun board games. 5. Stylish, updates that were done were nice, well maintained. 6. Phone charging outlets at bedsides. CONS: 1. Steep stairs, not toddler friendly. 2. second floor location 3. Needs a bit more updating from the 70's/80's: baseboards, doors, carpet, stair rail, toilets, bathtub surrounds, but not a dealbreaker. 4. 3rd bedroom needs a ceiling fan or AC unit, it was a sauna (remember, this was July). 5. All 3 TV's were different to figure out, took a lot of time. 6. Patio furniture needed cleaning. 7. The pools are going to need resurfacing and retiling - and indoor spa replacing - soon, but fine for now. 8. If upstairs guests are looking for a lot of privacy, this isn't your place.

Overall it was fine, clean and well stocked. It was more compact than anticipated. The kitchen was very tiny. I was surprised that the two upstairs bedrooms were fully loft rooms and that you had to walk through one to get to the other. Lack of privacy. I was of the impression there were 3 separate private bedrooms, one a loft. We did not find the one portable AC unit sufficient to cool off the apartment, making it warm and uncomfortable to sleep. And the fireplace seems to be on some kind of timer and was going when we awoke each morning. The washing machine smelled of mildew and the person who used it ended up with a load of mildew smelling clothes to take home to wash. And, although this is not the fault of the condo, the back porch was so covered with pine tree pollen that we could not sit out there. Overall, fine.
