Bring your boat!!! Or rent a boat locally! My house is in a community with canal. Enjoy your boat day at the Little Assawoman Bay. We are 10 minute drive from the beaches. Grocery stores and restaurants are minutes from the house. Tuck in your kids, grab a glass of wine and enjoy the peace of mind in the screened porch after an active day. We are ready for you. We really love this home, neighborhood and vibe. Fully stocked kitchen, clean, linens provided, pool within walking distance, excellent location, cute fenced yard for the pups. This was our second year here and will be back again next year. Harry is wonderful to work with - responds quickly.

The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to beaches, restaurants, and activities for the kids, and loved that they had a pool because we did use it. Harry was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We definitely would like to return next summer. Thank you again HarrySherry P

The home was lovely and as expected. We did have a little problem with the refrigerator that did not make ice and also the dryer did not heat up. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!
