About this space
A private laid back beach bungalow 300 steps from the beach at 13th street in Cocoa Beach! In a very safe area of town, only 5 minutes from restaurants and bars in downtown Cocoa Beach and 10-15 minutes from the Port! It's a private downstairs apartment with a living room TV, kitchen with a full set of dishes, cooking utensils, pots & pans, a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker & toaster.
The space
The bedroom has a full size bed (with a foldout couch bed in the living room), dresser, bathroom/shower, with fresh clean towels & linens for your stay. We also have beach umbrellas & access to rental surfboards and stand up paddle boards. The hosts live upstairs so if you need any recommendations or accommodations we are happy to help! We will respect your privacy! Come relax in and enjoy all that Cocoa Beach has to offer.

This a perfect location if you want to hit the beach, bars, or restaurants in Cocoa Beach. It's a great little one bedroom that is suitable for one person or a couple. Would definitely book again if I was in the area. Check in and out were super simple and the owners live on site and are very accessible.

Very short walk to the beach. In the quieter end of cocoa beach which was nice.

Our booking was very easy and straightforward from beginning to end. The property was as described, it was perfect for what we wanted. Communication with the owner was great, always answered us promptly. The property was well equipped,clean and comfortable and very close to beach. The owner lived on site but didn't intrude. They welcomed us and said to contact them if we required anything. I would certainly recommend the holiday home, location and VRBO
