350 m from the magnificent viewpoint of the Croix Paqueray, close to the Lude valley and the Cabane Vauban, close to the village and the beach, pretty renovated house composed of a living room, a fitted kitchen (microwave, fridge, induction hob, oven, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher), a bedroom with a 140 bed with bathroom (shower and sink, toilet), and one with an electric 160 bed
Upstairs a bedroom with a 160 double bed with chest of drawers and a bedroom with two 90 single beds with dressing room and a bathroom (shower and sink, toilet)
