Situated between the forest, the great lakes and the ocean, the family home is ideally placed for all styles of holidays.
You and your children could reach the lake and its beach safely via a cycle path located in front of the house. You are there in less than 600 m.
The cycle path also takes you to the village in 15 minutes and in continuity to the many ocean beaches thanks to the bicycles that are at your disposal.
The 5000 m2 plot ensures tranquility and ample space for all your activities. A ping-pong table, a mollki, petanque balls, a plancha and a large oak table installed outside promise moments of sharing between all.
You can also pitch a tent or accommodate a camper van for your passing guests.
The house has 2 sheltered terraces to enjoy the sun at any time of the day.
A charming guinguette awaits you near the lake depending on the season. But before you cool off and eat, you will have practiced the water activities offered on the edge of the supervised beach or you will have put on your sneakers to run in the pines. Unless you prefer the delights of blackberries and mushrooms in the immediate vicinity of the house depending on the season.

Excellent accueil et séjour très agréable dans cette maison confortable qui possède en plus un bel extérieur. La proximité du lac et de l'océan est un réel plus.
On serait bien restés plus longtemps 😭
