From the moment you arrive, you’ll be captivated by the bright rooms: windows flood the living room and bedrooms with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is a fully equipped bathroom, a kitchen with all the essentials (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster…) and a comfortable living area. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the apartment offers air conditioning, heating, WiFi, bedding, towels, shower gels and shampoo, plus extra touches like a hairdryer, ironing board and iron, smoke detector, and cleaning supplies. Everything is on the ground floor with a private entrance—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

The apartment is situated very close to the Guadalquivir River, on the side opposite the Torre del Oro, which allows for a pleasant walk to the historic center—only about 8 minutes on foot—and easy access to landmark monuments such as Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcázar, true masterpieces of Gothic and Mudéjar architecture that reflect Andalusia’s rich past. You are also less than 3 minutes’ walk from the area where the famous April Fair (Feria de Abril) takes place, an essential cultural experience if you visit in spring. Great host. Great instructions for accessing the apartment. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of good towels were supplied. Good coffee maker and toaster! The neighbourhood was nice. There is a great supermarket jut down the road.

We spent 9 nights there. It was fantastic. We could relax there after walking a lot in the beautiful Seville. We felt as if we had been in our own home. There were shops, bars close to us. However, the street where the apartment is was realky tranquil. We will definitely choose this place next time, too. We coould not meet the staff personally but it worked well, we always received detailed information and they really helped with everything.
It is really worth the money. It is fantastic.
