About this cottage rental
Our cozy cottage is nestled in the woods, backing onto water with a beautiful large backyard offering gorgeous views. It is the perfect place for groups looking to get away from distractions and focus on one thing - relaxation. Experience the charm of high cathedral ceilings. Great room with floor to ceiling windows and a massive fireplace, overlooking a large backyard with mature trees and a dedicated waterfront, offering plenty of winter/summer fun. Fully equipped with all amenities – TV, Cable, Internet, BBQ, Ceiling fans, Shower, Bath tub, a bar area to name a few. Chef's Kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, baking dishes.
2 separate living rooms – main level and lower level (walk-out to backyard), furnished with comfy seating areas, as well as plenty of open play area for kids at both levels.
5 spacious bedrooms including the primary b/r with a private balcony for that special glass of wine or a morning tea/coffee. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms for a good night/morning sleep.
Enjoy a traditional Muskoka evening around an outdoor firepit by the water, or at any of the two mesh-screened long patios on each level.
Waterfront features a dock with a sandy wading area, perfect for swimming and water crafts. Boat launch is 10 mins away. A canoe and paddleboat are available for your private use.
A short distance from Santa's Village theme park, Sportsland and many public golf courses. 40 mins drive to three of the exquisite Club Link golf courses. 15 min.to picturesque Bracebridge and Gravenhurst, A short drive to the quaint Muskoka towns of Port Carling, Bala and Huntsville.
Our water is tested regularly and is good to drink.
Other things to note
We use a septic system so we ask that you use only the toilet paper. All other products such as feminine products and dental floss should be disposed of in the bathroom garbage.

The cootage has a sweet deck totally enclosed with bug nets so you can enjoy the outdoors even during the buggy late afternoons. Theres so much room inside the cottage as well, with nice finishing and furniture. Our large group really enjoyed the stay and hope to return sometime!
