Come enjoy this beautiful, serene, lakefront home located on the quiet, southern part of Lake Oconee with 7 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, main floor living area with spectacular lake views, screened porch, open decks, full basement with pool table, ping pong table, and arcade game, 2 full kitchens, basketball goal, tons of lake toys, and memories waiting to be made. Enjoy the largest, deepest, open water Lake Oconee has to offer from the screened-in porch or from your own private, max dock, with protected swim cove, water trampoline, and wade-in beach area. This location has a retreat-like, secluded feel while only being 4 min to convenience and package store, 8 min to dollar general, and15-20 min by car to shopping, grocery, and restaurants. The famous jumping rock is within view and only a short boat ride away. This home is wonderful for large family gatherings, adult getaways or corporate retreats due to its open floor plan, multiple bedrooms, and outdoor living spaces. We travel and rent large lake houses every year and this was by far the best one. Early check in, late check out, fully stocked with supplies, clean, etc. The list goes on. None of us wanted to leave!

Having lived at LO many years we know that great views are highly desirable. The view and very large yard is hard to beat. The house itself could not be more perfect for a large group. We were blessed to spend Thanksgiving with our family and everyone had privacy and raved about the quality of the beds.
I brought many kitchen items, but most were not needed. Best stocked kitchen ever for a rental property. Mason was very gracious and easy to communicate with. Such an overall great stay, hope we can come back!!

The Florence lake house was perfect for our gathering of 16 family members ranging from ages 6 months to 72 years the accommodations worked well as we were were able house the two families with children downstairs . Having two full kitchens and four full baths is a great configuration. The property with lake access and the dock are ideal. We hope to return.
