Świetna lokalizacja, wszystko wyglądało dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach.
W mieszkaniu unosi się nieprzyjemny zapach. Mieszkanie wymaga gruntownego sprzątania. W łazience drzwi i płytki są brudne, a w kabinie prysznicowej widać czarne ślady pleśni. Pod kanapą znajduje się dużo kurzu – naszemu dziecku wpadła tam piłka i wyciąganie jej było bardzo nieprzyjemne. Pościel jest wykonana z materiału syntetycznego, a nie z bawełny, przez co spanie nie było komfortowe.
